New love stories, some crazy drug influenced story, thriller, what in the world could entertain them it all, done it all attitude... I am not a movie buff, I don't watch many movies so I am not speaking for all here, this is my opinion, myself, my world. Just a personal view and includes my own bias but its a cheap trick in my opinion that feeds on Audience's -ve sides... whether it be "I can relate to that dark moment, I can relate to that movie, it touched my dark times" or "I hate my life and I don't find any solution to this,So I want to get out as far as I can, even if its for a moment in the theatre" or "I tried it all, and nothing seems to satisfy me, so keep all my senses just busy enough to make me feel like its good movie" rather than the +ve sides "Calling out the destiny, being real about life's difficulties and not avoiding them to find escape, facing them as is, seeing victories" or "tapping into the positive sides of people, calling out the godly good in them and assuming the possibility of godly good still in them. Bottomline, kudos to Leonardo DiCaprio for going into the real world of cinema without falling much for the cheap tricks of the simply doing his job.
